Dance

There is nothing more pleasent than expressing yourself through your body, it is fun and healthy. This is freedom of movement, or can even be named a kind of an art called dance.

The word dance means to move rhythmically to music, using improvised or planned steps, matching the style and speed of music.

This art can be practiced by professionals like ballerinas, street dancers, theater performers or anyone who feels like moving to the music.

Dancing, perhaps, is one of the oldest meanings of art, actualy it has been proving that man and woman had always danced throught all history.

Most countries are known for their tipical kind of dance, for exemple: Brazil is famous worldwide for the exciting samba; Italy, for the energetic tarantela and the USA, for the African american modern black dance.

Dance can be used for entertainment, improving of fisical fitness and, above all, as a way of corporal and self expression. When a dancer performe to a song, he express hinself with all his muscles, facial expression, mind and soul, describing the meaning of the song through movement.

Dance can also be a type of creation non-verbal comunication, because dancers uses to move along with rhythm using their own creativity.
