Editorials

When discurssing a ploblem in turn to find the solution for it, it's believed that others opinions contribute a lot to the improvement of an issue.

Newspapers, nowadays, use editorials. Jornalists when writing the news, simply import what they have seen with out sharing their thoughts or opinions. More as an editoriun is a piece of writing in a newspaper that gives the opinion or criticize of the writer rather then just reporting a fact.

An editorial is a perfect exemple of how an idea can be expressed. Its (maintain fluency) public opinions build arguments, promote critical thinking and persuade the reader to think the same way the writer does. It can also encourage people to take action in an issue.

A good editorial should always take a pro-active approach to make the situation that is being criticized better by using constructive criticism, it must also present a solution.

People should always keep themselves informed about all is going around, then can build ideas and consequently put them in practice.

Through editorials it's possible to imply an ideas in the way that we can give to people something to discuss and can also bring realistics solutions to problems.

Bem, estou postando aqui o culture da lição 12, tive alguns probleminhas tecnicos pois meu CD está dando erro nessa lição e a voz está saindo toda tremida em algumas partes. Espero que isso não atrapalhe a compreenção geral do texto.

Celebrations

Where is Easter come from? And Ramadan? Hanukkah? What about Christmas? And Halloween? Most of the celebrations that we enjoy today stamp from a very long and often confusing religious background. 

Celebrations, such as Easter and Christmas are rooted in strong Christian beliefs. Christmas is celebrated in remembrance of Jesus birth and Easter in remembrance of his death and resurrection. Jewish holidays include Hanukkah, which is celebrated sometime in late November to late December and goes for eight days. It is a celebration remembering when the second temple _ was dedicated. 

Around the same time that Easter is celebrated in the Christian world the Jewish celebrate pass over. Which usually in thousand a feast, celebrating the Jewish being spared from God's Punishment. 

Usually in the beginning of September Muslims all of the world begin their celebrations of Ramadan. Which lasts a month and ends with a three days festival named Eid. 

Halloween is a celebration on October thirty first that originated in Ireland as a pagan holiday when death will revisit the world and people celebrated the end of the summer season. The Catholic Church established November first as All Saints Day and thus Halloween, All Hallows Eve, will celebrate the night before. 

Although these celebrations have religious roots, today, many of these holidays have become commercialized and are enjoyed by people of many different faiths.
